    The Foundation engages in this sector by supporting:

    • theoretical, basic and applied research in the scientific, technical and medical fields, which can, in turn, positively impact the socio-economic development of the surrounding area and its community;
    • the use of scientific equipment aimed at making progress in all areas of research;
    • the implementation of scholarships and research grants;
    • the improvement of research bases;
    • the transfer of knowledge, and the link between research and the economic production system.
